Vitium Technology

The Printed Stone Revolution.

Mineral surface printing

Vitium prints your chosen marble effect, colour or graphic onto a white mineral slab that is already cut, shaped and polished.

Vacuum sublimation carries the ink across the surface and edges, penetrating approximately 0.7 mm into compatible materials.

07 / The Vitium advantage

More design freedom.
Less finished stock.

Start with compatible white mineral bases. Create the look the project needs, when the order needs it. Vitium brings surface design into your own production workflow.

White bases. Ready for the next design. Stock visualisation

01 Print on demand

Stock the base.
Create the look.

Keep compatible white bases available. Choose the graphic for each order and print after the project is sold, instead of committing stock to every finished colour.

Less dependence on a warehouse full of finished designs.

Fabricated in white. Printed for the project. Original photographs

02 Cut first. Print later.

Make the shape.
Then place the veins.

Fabricate the piece in white, then adapt the graphic to its geometry. Plan your cuts around the shape, with less dependence on the position of a pre-existing vein.

Reduce the need to sacrifice material just to match a vein.

03 Creative control

Design beyond
a catalogue.

Define colour, vein scale and placement. Create marble effects, artistic graphics or a signature collection for your own market.

04 Visual continuity

Follow the form.
Connect the design.

Plan the graphic across suitable tops, edges and integrated details. Create the visual impression of one continuous material.

05 Digital repeatability

Keep the design.
Create what comes next.

Reuse the saved graphic for additional pieces or replacements. Confirm the base and colour with a sample for each production run.

06 Local production

From fabricator
to surface creator.

Bring the creation of the finished look into your own workshop. Offer project-specific designs and build a surface collection of your own.
