Design possibilities

A marble look.
Or something
entirely yours.

Define the vein movement, colour palette and graphic scale around the project. Vitium gives designers and fabricators a way to create the requested identity on a compatible white mineral base.

Printed countertop edges

Across the top.
Around the edge.

Plan the design across the visible faces of the fabricated piece. Veining and graphics can follow compatible edge profiles, creating visual continuity around the object.

Edge shape, adjoining pieces and graphic placement are considered together before printing. Review the intended result on a representative sample.

Design for
every detail.

Develop the graphic around the piece's cut-outs, profiles, grooves and integrated sink details. The design starts with the geometry you want to create.

Share drawings and reference images with the Vitium team or your local producer. The base material and fabrication details are assessed together for the intended application.

Printing on finished countertops

Fabricate the piece.
Then print its design.

Cut, shape and prepare the compatible white base first. Vitium then transfers the chosen design in dedicated production equipment, before the piece is installed.

These photographs show the same fabricated countertop before and after printing. The temporary carrier is removed after the transfer cycle.

Silica-free mineral surfaces

Your starting point.
Your new surface.

Our selected silica-free mineral bases are made primarily from recycled glass and polyester resin, with less than 1% crystalline silica.

Choose the exact base and finish with the intended use in mind. The material documentation and a printed sample help define what is right for the project.

The crystalline silica specification belongs to the selected base. Printing gives the material its design; it does not change its declared silica content.

Questions, answered

Before you
choose a surface.

Can I choose the veining and its position?

You can discuss the artwork, colour direction, vein scale and placement around the piece. Drawings and a representative sample help assess the design across the top, edges and adjoining elements.

How do these mineral bases compare with printed quartz countertops?

The base composition is the key distinction to check. The selected silica-free mineral bases presented here are made primarily from recycled glass and polyester resin, with less than 1% crystalline silica. Ask for the documentation of the exact material being proposed for your project.

Does a decorative film remain on the countertop?

The printed carrier is temporary and is removed after the transfer cycle. The design is transferred into the compatible surface, followed by the specified finishing steps.

Can you print a countertop already installed in my home?

Vitium is a factory process. The piece is fabricated, prepared, printed and finished using dedicated production equipment before installation.

How do I evaluate durability and care?

Review the requirements of your application with the team, including cleaning, exposure and maintenance. Performance depends on the selected base, printing process and finish. Request the relevant technical documentation and a representative printed sample.

How can I find a producer for my project?

Tell the Vitium team your location and project requirements. We can identify the appropriate contact and discuss material availability, sample evaluation and next steps.
